[Drug Composition] Clematis 40g Prepared Aconite Root 30g Thunder God Vine 30g Frankincense 20g Myrrh 20g Earth Bug 20g Turmeric Rhizome 20g Green Sandalwood 20g Bone Setting Herb 20g Centipede 3 large pieces
[Function and Indications] Promote qi flow, activate blood circulation, and unblock meridians. Treat rheumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, myositis, myofasciitis, degenerative bone changes, etc.
[Dosage and Administration] Take 20ml each time, three times daily after meals. One course is one bottle; generally take two to three courses.
[Preparation Method] Crush herbs and place in a bottle, immerse in 1750–2000ml of grain alcohol, seal, shake once daily, and use after 10 days.

Comment: Among 255 cases treated with this formula for Bi syndrome, there were 50 cases of lumbar-gluteal myofasciitis, 44 cases of periarthritis of shoulder joint, 31 cases of rheumatic arthritis, 24 cases of lumbar fibromyositis, 23 cases of cervical spondylosis, 20 cases of rheumatoid arthritis, 18 cases of lumbar disc herniation, 16 cases of lumbar spondylosis, 11 cases of calcaneal spurs, 8 cases of piriformis syndrome, 6 cases of postoperative sequelae of lumbar disc herniation, 3 cases of scleroderma, and 1 case of ankylosing spondylitis. Results: 183 cured (71.76%), 33 markedly effective (12.94%), 22 effective (8.63%).
