Dangzi Zhi Wine
[Drug Composition] Whole Angelica 22g Western Purple Grass 19g Raw White芷 18g
[Function and Indications] Promote tissue regeneration, activate blood circulation, reduce inflammation, relieve pain. Treat burns.
[Dosage and Administration] Use cotton swab to apply medicine to affected area, 4–6 times daily.
[Preparation Method] Use 200ml of 95% ethanol (alcohol), place herbs in wide-mouth bottle, pour in ethanol, seal and soak for 24 hours for use.

Jujube Yellow Liquid
[Drug Composition] Sour Jujube Seed Skin Huang Bai Equal Amounts
[Function and Indications] Astringent, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-infection; treat burns and scalds.
[Dosage and Administration] Expose burn/scald wounds. For blisters, trim them. Clean wound with 3% hydrogen peroxide and normal saline. After cleaning, spray Jujube Yellow Liquid directly onto wound, cover with sterile gauze. Spray every 3 hours, maintaining moisture.
[Preparation Method] Coarsely grind herbs, soak in 75% ethanol (alcohol), ensuring liquid level is 1cm above herbs. Filter after one week, seal for storage.

Comment: Treated a 7-year-old girl with scald injury on upper limb (2nd degree, covering 4% body surface area). After two weeks of treatment, no exudate or secretion. Fully healed after two weeks, no scar, smooth surface, normal function.
Compound Polygonum Alcohol Solution
[Drug Composition] Polygonum 1500g Sanguisorba 1000g Coptis 500g
[Function and Indications] Anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, astringent, relieve itching, protect wound, prevent infection. Treat burns and scalds from fire or water.
[Dosage and Administration] Clean wound of foreign matter. Use sterile needle to puncture blisters, drain fluid. Then spray solution onto affected area. First application may cause pain; provide analgesics if necessary. Spray every 10–20 minutes initially. After several applications, a protective film forms naturally, then reduce frequency.
[Preparation Method] Crush herbs into coarse powder, use 95% ethanol (alcohol) for percolation, collect 6L of percolate for use. Store in saline bottles.
