[Dosage and Administration] Apply externally to chest, back, palms, soles, popliteal fossa, and elbow creases. After one application, instruct patient to rest quietly.
[Preparation Method] Crush the three ingredients into paste, mix with wine, stir well, then wrap in gauze.

Note: In traditional Chinese medicine, treating colds primarily involves dispersion. Green onion tops and fresh ginger disperse wind-cold; adding wine applied externally enhances pathogen elimination via the skin surface.
Rice Wine Brewing
[Drug Composition] One dou glutinous rice, one sheng and a half yeast, half pound chopped fangfeng, three sheng xiang'erzi
[Function and Indications] Treats external wind-cold invasion.
[Dosage and Administration] Appropriate internal dosage.
[Preparation Method] Boil all herbs with eight sheng water, steam to obtain six sheng. Mix glutinous rice and yeast, place in ceramic vessel, let ferment for one week to complete.

Skeleton Grass Fermented Wine
[Drug Composition] 250g fermented soybeans, 10g schizonepeta
[Function and Indications] External wind-cold invasion with fever and no perspiration.

[Preparation Method] Use 750ml wine, boil together with fermented soybeans and schizonepeta until 5–7 boiling cycles, filter out residue, store for later use.

Jade Screen Wine
[Drug Composition] Huangqi, dangshen, danggui, baizhu, fangfeng, guizhi, rice wine, proportion 3:2:1:1:1:20
[Function and Indications] Tonifies qi and strengthens defensive energy, improves immunity, prevents colds.
[Dosage and Administration] Three times daily, 50–100ml each time, shake well before drinking.
[Preparation Method] Add herbs and rice wine to sterilized infusion bottles, seal tightly, heat in a pot to 100°C, cool before use.
