[Drug Composition] Evodia Fruit five *he*, Cinnamon one *liang*

[Preparation Method] Add herbs to two and a half *sheng* of wine, decoct to one *sheng*.

Comment: Ancient "heart pain" refers to pain in the chest and upper abdomen, including angina, but also gastric pain, gallstones, pancreatitis, etc., a broad range requiring differentiation. For some conditions like angina, perforated ulcers, or collapse (sudden fainting/shock), immediate medical rescue is essential. Only in emergencies without medical equipment or drugs should medicinal wine be considered temporarily, followed by further treatment after symptom relief.
Four Extremities Wine — Original name: "Thousand Gold Four Extremities Decoction"
[Drug Composition] Evodia Fruit two *sheng*, Angelica three *liang*, Cinnamon Heart three *liang*, Peony three *liang*, Fine Xixin two *liang*, Tongcao two *liang*, Fresh Ginger eight *liang*, Roasted Licorice two *liang*, Twelve jujubes
[Function and Indications] Mainly treat cold, cold extremities, and absent pulse.
[Usage and Dosage] Divide into four doses, warm and take.
[Preparation Method] Use six *sheng* of water and six *sheng* of clear wine, combine and decoct to three *sheng*.

[Drug Composition] Cinnamon Twig two *liang*

[Usage and Dosage] Wait until wine warms, then give two doses orally.
[Preparation Method] Use two *sheng* of good wine, decoct to one *sheng*.

[Appendix] "Medical Formulas Classified and Collected" has "Cinnamon Twig Wine": use powdered cinnamon, two *qian* per dose, mix with warm wine, used for injuries from falls, blood stasis blocking the body, and body pain.

[Drug Composition] Green Onion White with Roots five to seven stalks
[Function and Indications] Treat Yang collapse.
[Usage and Dosage] Divide into three doses, administer orally; Yang energy returns promptly.
[Preparation Method] Chop finely, grind thoroughly in a mortar, boil with five *sheng* of good wine until reduced to two *sheng*.
