Bone-Healing Herb Wine (Fracture Healing)
[Formula] 500 grams of bone-healing herb leaves, appropriate amount of baijiu (or alcohol).
[Preparation] Two methods: First, crush the herbs, stir-fry slightly with a small amount of alcohol until slightly yellow, then add water and simmer gently for 6–8 hours. Second, wash and chop the herbs, add water (exceeding the herb surface), decoct twice (first time 2 hours, second time 1.5 hours). Combine the decoctions, filter, concentrate to desired volume. Add 95% ethanol to achieve 50–60° alcohol content, with a herb-to-tincture ratio of 1:1 or 1:2. Let stand for 24 hours, then filter to obtain.
[Function] Promotes bone and tendon regeneration.
