Double Aconite Flower Wine
[Drug Composition] 12g raw Sichuan aconite, 12g raw grass aconite, 12g Sichuan pepper, 12g red flower, 12g earthworm, 12g pangolin scale, 30g five-leaf ginseng, 20g Qianghuo, 20g Duhuo
500ml yellow wine
Additions: For upper limb predominance, add 12g mulberry twig, 15g turmeric; for lower limb predominance, add 12g cow knee; for sciatica, add 9g processed strychnine seed, 1 whole small white flower snake; for osteoarthritis, add 15g deer antler frost, 15g deer's tongue herb; for traumatic arthritis, add 10g Sanqi, 6g xuejie.
[Function and Indications] Expel wind, dispel cold and dampness, unblock meridians, activate blood, relieve pain. Indicated for various types of wind-cold-damp arthralgia (acute and chronic rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic inflammation).
[Usage and Dosage] Oral administration, three times daily, 5–10ml per dose. One course lasts 15 days; after completion, stop medication for three days before starting next course.
[Preparation Method] Soak all herbs in yellow wine. Soak for five days in summer, seven days in winter. Then collect the infusion, bottle, and seal for storage.

Comment: When using this medicinal wine, note: ① Start with low dosage; maximum single dose should not exceed 15ml. If numbness in mouth and tongue occurs, reduce dose or discontinue. ② Pregnant women must avoid. ③ Those with gastrointestinal disease should take after meals. ④ Elderly, weak individuals, or children should reduce dosage appropriately.
