Mung Bean Tea for Influenza
Ingredients: 50 g mung beans, 5 g green tea, 15 g rock sugar.
Preparation: Wash mung beans, crush them, mix with tea and sugar in a bowl, pour boiling water over, steep for about 20 minutes. Drink as tea.
Effect: Clear heat and detoxify. Treats influenza with symptoms such as sore throat and dry cough. Also effective for preventing influenza.<Cold>
