[Drug Composition] Fresh dog bone (leg bone preferred, pig bone can substitute) 500–1000g, Banded krait (fresh better) 100g, Prepared Aconite slice 50g, Qinjiao 30g, Angelica sinensis 30g, Chaenomeles 30g, Notoginseng 15g
[Function and Indications] Expel wind and dampness, warm meridians, dispel cold, nourish blood, unblock collaterals, strengthen bones, relieve pain. Treat various types of rheumatic pain and injuries from falls.
[Usage and Dosage] Use medical-grade clean gauze folded into 4–8 layers, size determined by painful area, covering it completely. Place gauze on skin, pour medicine wine onto it using a pipette or spoon until soaked. Then use a hairdryer on medium heat to apply warm air directly to the affected area. Duration depends on condition; deeper pain requires longer exposure, allowing repeated applications. Each session lasts about 15 minutes, twice daily.
[Preparation Method] First crush dog bone, place in a clay jar, soak in 1.5L sorghum wine. Add banded krait simultaneously. After one week, filter out bone residue, transfer wine to another sealed container, add remaining herbs, soak for about seven days before use.
