Garlic with Rock Sugar for Cold
Place about 100 grams of peeled garlic into an airtight container filled with cold boiled water and let it soak for 6–7 hours. Filter out the garlic using gauze, add crushed rock sugar to taste, transfer to a small sealed jar, and store. Use by opening when needed.
Usage: Rinse mouth three times daily, two spoonfuls each time. Mild colds typically resolve within two days.<感冒>
