[Function and Indications] Nourish kidney and tonify yang, nourish blood and qi. Suitable for symptoms caused by deficiency of kidney yang, depletion of essence and blood, and weakness of qi and blood such as sore waist and legs, fatigue in limbs, cold hands and feet, lack of vitality, erectile dysfunction, cold and damp scrotum, premature ejaculation, cold lower back pain, and clear vaginal discharge in women.
[Usage and Dosage] 9–15g daily, two to three times per day.
[Preparation Method] Place herbs in a clean container, load into a reflux tank. Add 50L of 45-degree baijiu (white spirit), divided into 25L, 15L, and 10L portions. Add 240g red yeast rice to adjust color. Heat each portion to boiling for half an hour, discard the liquid, press the residue, combine the pressed liquor with the three extraction batches, mix thoroughly in a tank, store for one month, then settle and filter to obtain the final product.
[Precautions] This wine is warm and hot in nature; contraindicated for young people with strong constitution or those with yin deficiency and internal heat.

In this formula, deer antler, dog's back, psoralea fruit, epimedium, cordyceps, donkey kidney, and quail brain warm the kidneys and assist yang; prepared aconite warms yang and dispels cold; ginseng and polygonatum strengthen spleen and invigorate qi; golden raspberry and leek seed consolidate essence; longan meat, angelica, and goji berry nourish essence and blood; tangerine peel and Buddha’s hand regulate qi and stimulate appetite; ganoderma tonifies deficiency and calms the spirit. Thus, this wine becomes a formula that strengthens kidney and yang while nourishing blood and qi.
