[Drug Composition] Heavenly Winter 5 qian, Wheat Winter 5 qian, Fresh Rehmannia 5 qian, Cooked Rehmannia 5 qian, Ligusticum 5 qian, Acanthopanax Bark 5 qian, Achyranthes 5 qian, Gentiana 5 qian, Cinnamon Twig 3 qian
[Function and Indications] Nourish blood and suppress wind, strengthen tendons and bones. Treats patients suffering from deficiency wind disease.
[Usage and Dosage] Take适量 as needed.
[Preparation Method] These nine herbs are placed in a silk bag, mixed with 20 jin of distilled flower wine, plus 1 jin of pure honey, 1 jin of red sugar, and 1 jin of aged rice vinegar. Stir well, place in a porcelain jar, seal the mouth with tofu skin, press down with large bricks, and steam over water for the time it takes to burn three incense sticks. The jar must be spacious enough to prevent overflow when the wine boils. After steaming, bury the jar in the ground for seven days.
