Goji Deer Bone Wine — formerly named Goji Root Wine
[Herbal Composition] 1 shuo of cut goji root, 1 set of crushed deer bone
[Function and Indications] Strengthen body and eliminate illness. Treat wind-cold deficiency and debility.
[Dosage and Administration] Drink three cups daily.
[Preparation Method] Boil herbs with 3 shuo of water until reduced to 1 shuo of juice, filter out residue, clarify. Add 1 shuo of glutinous rice, wash clean, cook until done. Add 10 jin of finely crushed starter, mix thoroughly, place in a jar, seal tightly, ferment for 21 days. Serve warm in winter, cool in summer.
