[Function and Indications] Nourishes yin and yang, replenishes qi and blood, nourishes heart spirit, regulates spleen and stomach. Suitable for symptoms such as weak waist and knees, premature graying hair, dizziness, tinnitus, dull complexion, fatigue with exertion, restlessness, infertility after marriage. Beneficial for elderly people by tonifying deficiency, relieving fatigue, blackening hair, clearing vision and hearing, strengthening teeth.
[Dosage and Administration] Drink appropriately morning and evening daily.
[Preparation Method] After cutting and processing the above herbs, place them in a suitable wine jar, add 20L of ash-free wine, heat gently for 1.5 hours, then remove the jar. Place the jar into a water tub filled with cold water, replacing the cold water frequently. After three days, filter and collect the wine. The remaining residue is re-added with 10L of wine, processed again using the same heating and cold soaking method, then filter the liquid. Combine both filtrates, bury underground for three days to eliminate fire toxicity. Alternatively, use cold soaking method for 21 days.
[Precautions] If there is false heat, add Huangbai 60g and Zhimu 60g to the above formula.
