[Drug Composition] Cow knee, salvia, coix seed (roasted), fresh raw rehmannia, each half jin; five-leaf ginseng, white atractylodes, each five liang; side seed (roasted, remove skin and umbilicus), smilax, red poria, windproof (remove root), each four liang; solitary active, dendrobium (remove roots), each six liang; indigo grass (use tender leaves), cinnamon, heavenly hero (roasted, remove skin and umbilicus), ginseng, ligusticum, boxwood leaf (roasted), each three liang; fine cinnamon (remove branches and leaves), saffron, each three liang; magnetite (calcined, quenched seven times with wine), one jin; fresh ginger five liang
[Function and Indications] Treats foot qi, painful stiffness in winter, or bone and joint pain, inability to flex and extend, skin numbness and pain, swelling in fingers and joints, fullness, or swelling in limbs, straightened waist and shins.
[Dosage and Administration] Take half a cup warm on empty stomach, five times daily. For non-drinkers, take small amounts frequently until effect is felt.
[Preparation Method] Crush all herbs into small bean-sized fragments, place in a silk bag, soak in five dou of alcohol-free wine for seven days, seal tightly to prevent air entry.
