[Drug Composition] Side seed (raw use) 5 taels, Dry ginger (best if raw) 5 taels, Salvia miltiorrhiza 6 taels, Eucommia 6 taels, Gold tooth (crushed, wrapped in gauze) 1 jin 8 taels, Magnetite (as above) 1 jin 8 taels, Fresh Dendrobium 1 jin 8 taels, Photinia (roasted) 5 taels, Angelica pubescens (roasted) 5 taels, Dioscorea 10 taels, dried version uses 1 tael, Fangfeng 4 taels, Poria 4 taels, Acanthopanax 1 tael, Coix seed 1 tael, Pseudocarpus (roasted) 1 tael, Pepper 1 tael, Cinnamon heart 2 taels, Aconite (raw use) 2 taels, Ginseng 2 taels, Ligusticum 2 taels, Angelica sinensis 2 taels, Atractylodes 2 taels, Fine cinnamon 2 taels
[Function and Indications] Treat foot qi that occurs in spring and summer, resolves in autumn with reduced swelling and stabilized breath, yet still causes limb weakness, inability to flex or extend, bilateral numbness, finger swelling and tightness, inability to bend, and general dysfunction of limbs, waist, and back.
[Usage and Dosage] Take one small cup each time, 2–3 times daily, adjust dosage gradually, until tongue feels numb. For women, omit Photinia; for men who fear cold, add Konggongnie, calcined milkstone, etc., up to 1–2 jin, down to 7–8 taels. When taking this wine, must also perform moxibustion at 2–3 sites inside and outside the body to expel pathogenic factors.
[Precautions] Avoid pork, cold water, sour foods, raw scallions, peaches, plums, bird meat, wild mustard.
