[Drug Composition] Large Aconite (Drilling Mountain Cow) 1.50g, Small Aconite (Small Black Cow) 98g, Snow-on-Branch Herba 98g, Safflower 98g, Processed Aconite 10%, Golden Iron Lock 10%, Broken Intestine Grass 10%, Black Bone 10%, Lei Gong Teng Root 500g
[Function & Indications] Activating blood circulation, removing stasis, reducing swelling, relieving pain. Indicated for trauma injuries.
[Usage & Dosage] Use hemostatic forceps to clamp a sterilized cotton ball soaked in the medicinal wine. Rub repeatedly on the cleaned affected area until the cotton dries. Apply externally 3–4 times daily; dosage depends on the size of the swollen or painful area. One course lasts 7 days, and treatment may continue until swelling and pain subside. For patients with open wounds: first clean and bandage the wound under sterile conditions, then apply the medicinal wine around the swollen and painful areas.
[Preparation Method] All eight ingredients except processed aconite are used raw. Soak in 7L of 75% ethanol for 30 days, stir vigorously, filter out residue, and package into small bottles for sealed storage. Can also be stored long-term, taken as needed.
