Simple Remedies for Food Accumulation
Eating too much meat: 90 grams of hawthorn, stir-fried until charred, ground into fine powder. Take 15 grams each time with warm water, twice daily.
Eating too much flour-based food: 30 grams of fermented wheat, 10 grams of stir-fried radish seed, 10 grams of malt, decocted in water, take once daily, divided into three doses.
Eating too many grains: Appropriate amount of scorched rice crust (from millet, glutinous rice, or common rice), burnt and ground into powder, take 5 grams each time with warm water, three times daily. Alternatively, use 30 grams of stir-fried malt decocted in water, or use crushed radish juice.
Eating too many eggs: Soak 30 grams of fermented wheat in water, drink; or mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar with rice gruel.
Eating too many rice balls: 30 grams of stir-fried malt, decocted in water.
Eating too many raw cold fruits: 1.5 grams of cloves, 15 grams of fermented wheat, soaked in water as tea substitute.
Drinking too much alcohol: 500 grams of white radish, washed and crushed to extract juice. Mix with appropriate amounts of sugar and vinegar, then consume.
