San Sheng Wine (Chronic Illness with Weak Constitution)
[Formula] 30 grams each of White Ginseng, Chinese Yam, and Atractylodes Macrocephala, 500 ml white wine.
[Preparation] Coarsely crush the first three ingredients, place in a cloth bag, put in a container, add white wine, cover tightly, simmer gently for 100 boiling cycles, remove from heat, cool down, seal, soak for 3–5 days, then filter to remove residue. Ready to use.
[Function] Tonifies vital energy, strengthens spleen and stomach.
[Indications] Chronic illness with physical weakness, spleen-stomach deficiency, pale complexion, fatigue, lack of appetite, etc.
[Usage] Oral administration. Take 10–15 ml warm on an empty stomach each time, 9 times daily.
