[Drug Composition] Lycium barbarum 100g, longan flesh 100g, ligustrum fruit 100g, fresh rehmannia root 100g, epimedium 100g, pork fat 500g, mung beans 100g
[Function and Indications] Warms the kidneys, tonifies the lungs, moisturizes skin and hair. Regular consumption keeps appearance youthful, improves hair luster, and treats chronic cough in the elderly.
[Dosage and Administration] Drink according to wine quantity, but do not exceed 30g per time, take twice daily (morning and evening).
[Preparation Method] Process ligustrum fruit by nine steaming and nine sun-drying on Winter Solstice. Wash and dry fresh rehmannia root, remove skin and hair from epimedium. Wash and dry mung beans. Place all herbs into a silk bag, tie tightly, and reserve. Pour 10 liters of clear liquor into a ceramic jar, add the herb bag, seal tightly, and soak for one month. If avoiding pork fat, omit it and add 500g persimmon cake instead.
