[Drug Composition] Raw Dioscorea (peeled, crushed) half *jin*
[Function and Indications] Tonify deficiency, enhance complexion; treat lower-jiao deficiency-cold, frequent and weak urination.
[Usage and Dosage] Drink适量 on an empty stomach.
[Preparation Method] Boil wine in a pot until boiling, slowly add Dioscorea without stirring, cook until done, then add salt, pepper, and green onion white, followed by a small amount of wine. Alternatively, take one tablespoon of raw Dioscorea, crush it, stir-fry with ghee until fragrant, then add one *zhuang* of wine, mix thoroughly to obtain.
