[Drug Composition] Bupleurum 12g Eucommia 6g Angelica 12g Strychnine Seed (hair removed) 6g Ligusticum 12g Bone Breaker (hair removed) 6g Scutellaria 6g Safflower 4g Peach Kernel 6g Rhizoma Sparganii 4g Five Spirit Resin 6g Myrrh (vinegar processed) 3g Red Peony Root 6g White Wine (65°) 1000ml Su Mu 6g
[Function & Indications] Relax tendons and activate blood, reduce swelling and relieve pain. Used for trauma injury, blood stasis aggregation, swelling and pain not fully resolved, tendon stiffness.
[Usage & Dosage] Oral: 30–60ml each time, twice daily. External use: apply to affected area.
[Preparation Method] Coarsely grind all herbs, mix evenly, pack into cloth bag, tie tightly, place together with 1000ml white wine in a jar, seal the jar mouth, soak for about thirty days, then extract by pressing and filtering, let stand to settle, take the clear supernatant for bottling.

[Note] The "Pharmaceutical Formulation" by Jiangxi School of Pharmacy lists the same prescription for "Trauma Injury Wine," with slightly different preparation: grind all herbs into fine powder, mix uniformly, moisten with 56% alcohol using percolation method, then soak for 72 hours, collect eluate at 1–3ml/min, separately prepare 120g single syrup from rock sugar, add to eluate, stir well, let stand, filter, and fill into bottles.
