Chinese Cabbage Ginger Scallion Soup
【Ingredients】120 grams Chinese cabbage, 10 grams fresh ginger, 10 grams scallion whites.
【Preparation】Wash the whole Chinese cabbage including roots and stems, chop finely, then boil together with ginger and scallion whites. Strain after cooking to obtain the decoction.
