[Composition] Poria 120g, Yam 120g, Peony Bark 120g, Alisma (steamed) 90g, Schisandra (roasted) 90g, Cinnamon Twig 18g, Rehmannia (pounded paste, wine-steamed) 240g, Cornus Fruit 150g.
[Administration] Make into pills with honey, 6g each time, take on empty stomach with salt water.

[Composition] Capillary Wormwood 3g, Silverleaf Sophora 3g, Dendrobium 3g, Citrus Aurantium Shell 3g, Ophiopogon 3g, Licorice 3g, Rehmannia 3g, Scutellaria 3g, Anemarrhena 3g, Loquat Leaf 3g, Light Bamboo Leaf 20 pieces, Lampwick Grass 20 pieces.
[Administration] Decoct and take orally, one dose per day, twice daily, after meals.

[Formula Name] Qingre Chushi Qufeng Ointment.
[Composition] Coptis 6g, Phellodendron 9g, Fresh Rehmannia 9g, Floating Plantain Herb 9g, White芷 9g, Fangfeng 9g, Angelica Sinensis Tail 9g, White Skin 6g, White Jade 6g, Stiffened Silkworm 6g (roasted), Camphor 0.9g (separately ground, added last).
[Administration] Grind into coarse powder, decoct with water, filter out residue, further concentrate into thick paste, apply topically.
