(I)
【Syndrome Differentiation】External invasion of wind-heat with internal food accumulation.
【Therapeutic Method】Dispersing wind and resolving exterior, clearing heat and eliminating food stagnation.
【Formula Name】Qu Feng Han.
【Composition】Honeysuckle 6 g, Uncaria rhynchophylla 6 g, Mentha haplocalyx 6 g, Forsythia suspensa 6 g, Cicada exuviae 3 g, Stir-fried Brassica campestris seed 5 g, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 2 g.
【Usage】This is the dosage for infants under 1 year old; halve the dose for those under 1 month, double for children over 2 years. Add 120 ml water, decoct to 60 ml, divide into three doses, taken once daily. Can also be ground into fine powder, 3–6 g per dose, dissolved in warm water.

【Therapeutic Method】Clearing and promoting dispersion, guiding stagnation.
【Formula Name】Qing Xuan Dao Zhi Tang.
【Composition】Gypsum fibrosum (raw) 15–60 g, Trichosanthes root 9–15 g, Artemisia annua 9–18 g, Cynanchum paniculatum 31 g, Mori folium 9–12 g, Paeonia lactiflora 6–9 g, Bupleurum chinense 6–9 g, Schizonepeta tenuifolia 9 g, Coptis chinensis 3–6 g, Crataegus pinnatifida 9–15 g, Jianqu 9–15 g, Areca catechu 6–9 g, Isatis indigotica 15–31 g.
【Usage】Decoct in water, one dose per day, simmer gently for 5–10 minutes, strain and take the juice. Administer small amounts frequently based on child's age. Older children may drink as tea, without time restriction. Avoid going out after taking medicine; rest and induce slight perspiration.

【Therapeutic Method】Clearing heat and purging fire, relieving irritability and thirst.
【Formula Name】Shi Gao Zhi Mu Qing Hao Tang.
【Composition】Gypsum fibrosum (raw) 10–25 g (decoct first), Anemarrhena asphodeloides 6–10 g, Artemisia annua 10–15 g, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 3–5 g.
【Usage】Decoct into a decoction, take orally frequently, one dose per day.

【Syndrome Differentiation】Wind pathogen combined with dampness obstructing the middle energizer and causing fever.
【Therapeutic Method】Resolving exterior and transforming dampness, clearing heat and harmonizing the center.
【Formula Name】Xin Jia Zheng Qi Tang.
【Composition】Perilla frutescens 10 g, Agastache rugosa 10 g, Forsythia suspensa 15 g, Mentha haplocalyx 5 g, Angelica dahurica 10 g, Coptis chinensis 10 g, Scutellaria baicalensis 10 g, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 5 g.
【Usage】Decoct in water, one dose per day, decoct to 150 ml. For children under 1 year: 20 ml per dose; 2 years: 30 ml; 3 years: 40 ml; give every 2 hours, 4 doses daily. Children over 3 years: 150 ml total, divided into 3 doses.
