【Formula Name】Jiawei Qi Ju Di Huang Tang.
【Composition】Rehmannia (prepared) 20g, Yam 18g, Cornus 10g, Poria 10g, Cortex Moutan 10g, Alisma 10g, Goji Berry 12g, Chrysanthemum 15g, Millettia Flower 18g, Antelope Horn Powder (dissolved) 2g, Jujube Seed (roasted) 25g, Uncaria 20g, Gastrodia 10g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose daily, twice daily.

【Composition】Bupleurum 10g, Scutellaria 10g, Gentiana 12g, Gardenia 10g, Rhubarb (added later) 15g, Oyster Shell 18g, Plantain Seed 10g, Chrysanthemum 15g, Eupatorium Herb 10g, Millettia Flower 18g, Cortex Moutan 10g, Jujube Seed (roasted) 30g, Salvia 25g, Toosendan Fruit 10g, Citrus Aurantium 10g, Licorice 10g, Antelope Horn Powder (dissolved) 2g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose daily, twice daily.
