【Differential Diagnosis】Damp-heat stagnation in the middle burner, with heat predominating over dampness.
【Therapeutic Method】Clearing and draining damp-heat, regulating qi and soothing the stomach.
【Formula Name】Qingzhuo Anzhong Decoction.
【Composition】White Cardamom Seed 12g, Sichuan Thickspike Poria 12g, Prepared Pinellia 12g, Talc 30g, Raw Coix Seed 30g, Turmeric 12g, Pearl Oyster Shell 30g, Fried Licorice Root 5g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose daily, taken three times per day.

【Differential Diagnosis】Spleen Qi deficiency, spleen-stomach cold deficiency, combined with qi stagnation and blood stasis.
【Therapeutic Method】Strengthening spleen and tonifying Qi, supplemented by warming the center, regulating qi, and activating blood circulation.
【Formula Name】Gastritis Decoction.
【Composition】Codonopsis 10g, White Atractylodes 10g, Poria 10g, Salvia 15g, Cyperus 10g, Alpinia 5g, Licorice 5g, Indigo Naturalis 1g.
【Usage】Take the above formula for seven doses, decocted to 200ml. Add Indigo Naturalis at the end. Take three times daily, 10ml each time, or twice daily, 15ml each time.
