Folk Remedies for Influenza Treatment
1. Prescription: Large green leaf. Usage: Use 30 grams of fresh herb, decoct twice, concentrate to 100 ml total volume, containing 3 grams of herb per 10 ml. For those aged 15 and above, take 50–100 ml each time; for those under 15, take 30–50 ml each time; children under 10 reduce dosage accordingly. Take eight times daily, every three hours, for seven consecutive days.
2. Prescription: Fresh houttuynia cordata 60 grams.
Usage: Juice and mix with honey, drink three to four times daily.
3. Prescription: Buddha’s ear herb 9 grams.
Usage: Decoct and take orally, continue for two doses.
4. Prescription: Bitter melon.
Usage: Remove pulp, cook until soft, then consume.
5. Prescription: A bunch of millet greens.
