【Composition】Prepared Rehmannia root 30g, Lycium berry 15g, Yam 15g, Poria 15g, Morinda root 15g, Codonopsis root 15g, Psoralea seed 15g, Cistanche 15g, Epimedium 15g, Cornus fruit 15g, Vespa nest 10g, Cnidium seed 10g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, once daily, twice daily.

【Diagnosis】Kidney yin deficiency.
【Treatment Principle】Nourishing yin, tonifying kidney, enriching marrow and filling essence.

【Composition】Rehmannia glutinosa (prepared) 30g, Cuscuta seed 30g, Rubus fruit 25g, Poria 20g, Lycium berry 30g, Psoralea seed 30g, Plantain seed 10g, stir-fried leek seed 15g, cinnamon 10g, Schisandra fruit 15g, deer antler 5g, agarwood 10g, walnut meat 5g, Morinda root 25g.
【Usage】Grind into powder, mix with honey to form pills weighing 9g each. Take 1 pill each time, three times daily.

【Usage】Decoct and take orally, once daily, twice daily.

【Formula Name】Fertility Nourishing Decoction.
【Composition】Processed Fo-ti 15g, leek seed 12g, Angelica root 12g, prepared Rehmannia 12g, Cuscuta seed 10g, Rubus fruit 12g, Epimedium 12g, Achyranthes root 12g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, once daily, twice daily. One month constitutes one course.
