【Composition】Atractylodes macrocephala 30g, Poria 15g, Ginseng 15g, Dioscorea opposita 15g, Euryale ferox 15g, Cinnamon twig 1.5g, Myristica fragrans 1 piece.
【Usage】Decocted in water and taken orally.

【Composition】Myristica fragrans (raw use) 60g, Stir-fried Psoralea corylifolia 120g, Schisandra chinensis 60g, Evodia rutaecarpa 120g.
【Usage】Grind into powder, add 50 jujubes and 120g ginger, boil until jujubes are soft, remove ginger, mix the pulp with the powder to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 50–70 pills on an empty stomach with warm water.
