【Formula Name】Si Wu Jia Ren Shen Tang (Four Substances Decoction with Ginseng).
【Composition】Ginseng 3g, Ligusticum chuanxiong 3g, Paeonia lactiflora 3g, Angelica sinensis (whole root) 3g, Rehmannia glutinosa 3g, Fried Glycyrrhiza 3g, Cyperus rotundus (human urine stir-fried) 3g.
【Usage】Decocted in water, with fresh ginger and jujube as adjuvants.

【Differential Diagnosis】Phlegm-damp obstruction.
【Treatment】Transform phlegm, promote diuresis.
【Formula Name】Er Chen Jia Xiong Gui Tang (Two-Ingredient Decoction with Chuanxiong and Angelica).
【Composition】Citrus peel 3g, Poria 3g, Angelica sinensis (whole root) 3g, Ligusticum chuanxiong 3g, Citrus aurantium 3g, Cyperus rotundus (human urine stir-fried) 3g, Pinellia ternata 2.4g, Glycyrrhiza 1.5g, Talc 0.6g.
【Usage】Decocted in water, add fresh ginger as adjuvant.

【Composition】Angelica sinensis 6g, Paeonia lactiflora 6g, Dioscorea opposita 6g, Lycium barbarum 6g, Fried Glycyrrhiza 6g, Moutan bark 6g, Rehmannia glutinosa 6g, Anemarrhena asphodeloides 6g, Ophiopogon japonicus 6g, American ginseng 3g, Schisandra chinensis 3g.
【Usage】Decocted in water, take once daily, twice per day.
