Several Simple Cold Remedies
One: Apply some powder from quick-acting cold capsules onto a warm-damp plaster and stick it on the Yongquan point at the sole of the foot.
Two: Cut more than ten slices of ginger and add a handful of orange peel, boil into water. Add sugar before drinking (use white sugar in spring and summer, red sugar in autumn and winter). Drink several large cups while hot every day.
Three: Soak more than ten yellow flowers in warm water, remove the hard stems, cut into inch-long pieces. Boil two cups of cold water, add the yellow flowers and rock sugar, drink the flowers and soup while hot, cover up and sleep.
