Eight Steps of Massage to Smooth Skin Wrinkles

Step 3: Reverse Rubbing the Sharp Nose
The bridge of the nose and between the eyes is prone to horizontal wrinkles. To stretch the nasal bridge, massage upward. Finally, pinch both sides of the nose and press.
Also, decisively break the habit of wrinkling your nose!
Step 4: Circling the Peach Cheeks
Move fingers upward in a circular motion. Start from jaw to below the ear, then from mouth corners to center of ear, next from nose area to temples, then sequentially massage the lower cheeks—3 cm below eyes, 1 cm beside nose, and jawline.
Step 5: Smiling Upward the Cherry Lips
Due to chewing, speaking, and laughing, the corners of the mouth easily dry out and wrinkle. Prevent drooping.
While massaging, lift the corners of the mouth. Use the middle finger to press the philtrum, other fingers hanging down to press the sides of the mouth and outer jawline.
