1. Rub Tianying Point: Gently rub Tianying Point (located below the eyebrow, at the outer upper corner of the eye socket) with both thumbs.
2. Squeeze and Press Jingming Point: With one thumb, gently rub Jingming Point (at the nasal root, adjacent to the inner canthus of both eyes). First press downward, then squeeze upward.
3. Rub Si Bai Point: Use the index finger to rub Si Bai Point (located directly below the eye socket, one horizontal finger below the center of the lower eyelid) on the central part of the cheek.
4. Press Taiyang Point and Circle the Eye Socket: Press Taiyang Point (located one horizontal finger behind the midpoint between the brow tip and outer corner of the eye) with the thumb, then gently scrape the eye socket clockwise using the inner surface of the second phalanx of the bent index finger—from inner upper → outer upper → outer lower → inner lower—ensuring stimulation of acupoints such as Zanzhu, Yuyao, Sizhukong, Tongziliao, Qiuhou, and Chengqi. This is beneficial for pseudo-myopia or preventing further progression of nearsightedness.
