Massage to Relieve "Migraine"
Medical science has long observed that women suffer from migraines far more frequently than men, as if migraines have a particular preference for women. To address this issue, our publication specially visited the Beijing Heping Blind Massage Health Center and personally experienced the effects of massage, then recommends several effective massage techniques at home that can help relieve migraine symptoms.
Preparation posture: Lie flat
Step 1: Spread and push the Yintang point. Push from Yintang to the Taiyang points, then rub the Taiyang points.
Step 2: Use multiple fingers to knead both temporal regions (on the sides of the head above the ears), and press the midline of the head.

Step 4: Use the base of the palm to knead and squeeze from the forehead to the temporal region.

Step 6: Place palms together and rub until warm, then place them over closed eyes and gently massage the eye area.
Step 7: Place hands together and use the side of the palms to tap the head, and use fingertips to scratch the scalp.

Step 9: Use both thumbs to knead the shoulders.
Step 10: Use both palms and fingertips to firmly support and lift the neck.
These steps can be repeated as needed, adjusted according to personal comfort.
