Meridian Massage to Achieve a Perfect Buttock Shape

According to classical Chinese medical texts, meridians connect acupoints, linking internal organs and external limbs. Any blockage in a meridian disrupts organ function, and conversely, organ dysfunction or reduced vitality can cause meridian obstruction.
How can meridian acupressure shape and beautify the buttocks? Primarily by massaging the “Bāqiáo” points on the Bladder Meridian and the “Huántiào” points on the Gallbladder Meridian.
The “Bāqiáo” points are located on the sacral bone above the tailbone, eight points in total—hence the name. Huántiào points are located centrally on each buttock. These points are especially effective for broad, flat buttocks. Since these points are on the back, assistance from another person is required. Apply gentle pressure with fingers, hold for three seconds, then release. Repeat each point about eight times. Crucially, the pressure must elicit sensations of soreness, numbness, distension, pain, and heat to achieve results.
“Chéngfú” Points
To address sagging buttocks, the “Chéngfú” point is essential. There is one on each side, located at the center of the horizontal crease at the bottom of each buttock. Massaging Chéngfú not only activates meridians and promotes blood flow but also stimulates contraction of the gluteus maximus. After five minutes of expert acupressure, you’ll feel a slight lifting sensation in the buttocks. Key note: apply pressure in two stages—first press vertically onto the point, then lift upward with finger force—to maximize effectiveness. This point also treats hemorrhoids, sciatica, and constipation.
Walking on Toes
Additionally, you can adopt a simple, low-cost exercise to enhance your buttocks: walking on your toes. Practice relaxed toe-walking while watching TV at home. This stimulates the Yongquan point on the sole, linked to kidney function and female hormone secretion, aiding in the full development of secondary sexual characteristics. Begin with two to three minutes, gradually increasing to fifteen minutes once accustomed.
Toe-Walking Exercise
For sagging buttocks, toe-walking exercises are highly effective: Stand straight with feet together. Inhale, raise your heels off the ground, focusing willpower on the big toe and second toe, lifting heels about one and a half to two fist-widths above the floor, tighten the anus. Exhale, slowly lower the heels, releasing the anus. Repeat the raising and lowering motion eight times.
