Can Ovarian Massage Delay Aging?
In recent times, many beauty salons in Harbin have introduced a new service—ovarian massage. According to some salon owners, this method delays aging, reduces wrinkles, and improves skin tone. Many local women have been drawn in, spending money to experience this so-called “eternal youth” technique.
Dr. Han Shiyu, Deputy Director of Gynecology at First Hospital of Harbin Medical University, asserts that there is no scientific basis for ovarian massage delaying aging—it's pure nonsense.
This spring, a beauty salon owner told us indirectly that his salon imported ovarian massage from Beijing. By stimulating certain acupoints, it supposedly activates cellular vitality in the endocrine system, achieving beauty, skin nourishment, and anti-aging effects. Many customers spend thousands of yuan per session, claiming good results. Are the results really good?
Dr. Han explains that human physiological decline begins around age 40—aging is inevitable. If ovarian massage alone could delay aging, why would we need hospitals?
Because some patients lack basic medical knowledge, and normal sexual health education is lacking, some women desperately seek eternal youth, believing false promises and spending large sums on massage—only to find their appearance unchanged after paying dearly.
She emphasizes that what matters most for women is maintaining a positive mindset and embracing natural life rhythms. Engaging in healthy physical activities brings far better results than spending money on ovarian massage.
