Massaging the Earlobe Benefits Health

🔑 Keywords: Other · Acupuncture and Tuina
The human ear is not only an organ of hearing but also a vital health-preserving organ. It is known that there are over 300 acupoints on the front surface of the auricle and more than 50 on the back surface. These acupoints are connected to various parts of the body, and regularly massaging the auricle with palms or fingers can yield excellent health benefits.
Massaging the ear has no strict requirements; it can be done anytime during leisure time. Those with conditions should ideally perform it in the morning, afternoon, evening, or even more frequently, for about 5 to 10 minutes each session, until warmth is felt.
To prevent hair from turning white, gently pull the left ear over the head with the right hand 20 times upon waking in the morning and the right ear with the left hand 20 times before bedtime every night. Repeat this twice daily consistently, and results will surely appear.
Every night, rub both ears up and down with a warm towel, doing 40 repetitions per ear. When the towel cools, soak it again in hot water before continuing. This method can both prevent and treat colds.
