Place the right hand on the coccyx, move the left hand up to the cervical vertebrae. Then bring the right hand back up to the cervical vertebrae to meet the left hand, beginning a new massage cycle.
2. Start from the farthest foot from the practitioner. Place the left hand on the coccyx, grasp the ankle with the right hand, bend the foot into a right angle, apply inward pressure three times, outward pressure three times, upward pressure three times, downward pull three times.
3. Left hand on the coccyx, right hand under the thigh, lift the thigh and rotate it inward three times.
4. Ask the recipient to turn their head to the opposite side, keep the same leg, left hand on the coccyx, right hand under the thigh, lift the thigh and rotate it inward three times.
