Pressure-Reducing Techniques
1. Grasp the Five Meridians (spread fingers apart, place middle finger at the midpoint of the forehead, press from front to back hairline with all five fingers simultaneously)
2. Sweep the Lesser Yang (both thumbs sweep from in front of the ear to behind the ear simultaneously)
3. Push the Bow Bridge (the bow bridge refers to the strip parallel to the sternocleidomastoid muscle; push from top to bottom)
4. Rub Yongquan (located at the junction of the front 1/3 and rear 2/3 of the line connecting the 2nd and 3rd toes with the heel)
Each session lasts 15 minutes; 6–8 sessions constitute one course.
