1. Abalone and Bamboo Shoot Soup

2. Red Date and Dried Mushroom Soup
【Features】Boosts qi, stimulates appetite. Suitable for various deficiencies, poor appetite, hypertension, coronary heart disease, cancer, gastric and duodenal ulcers.
【Ingredients】15 red dates, 15 dried mushrooms, ginger, roasted peanut oil, cooking wine, salt, MSG as needed.
【Preparation】Wash dried mushrooms thoroughly; wash red dates, remove pits. Place water, mushrooms, red dates, salt, MSG, cooking wine, ginger slices, a small amount of roasted peanut oil into a steaming bowl, cover tightly, steam for 60–90 minutes. Serve upon completion.
