Self-Massage Techniques for Breast Enlargement
1. Place both hands under armpits, massage around the breast circumference in circular motions.
2. With both hands, pull from beneath the breasts upward toward the collarbones on either side.
3. Place hands above the nipples, massage upward in spiral motion.
4. Repeat each action 8–10 times.
