Chicken Thread Soup
Ingredients: 75g chicken breast, 15g ham, 15g dried mushrooms, 1 egg, 20g starch, 375g clear broth.
Method: 1. Slice chicken breast into threads, mix with egg white and starch, briefly blanch in boiling water, then transfer to soup bowl; 2. Add ham threads, mushroom threads, and clear broth to pot, add salt and ground pepper, bring to a boil, pour into the soup bowl with chicken threads.
