Commonly consumed medicinal porridge
① Carrot porridge: Finely chop 120g fresh carrots, combine with 100g rice to cook into porridge for consumption.
② Celery porridge: Chop 90g celery including roots, mix with 100g rice to boil into porridge.
③ Garlic porridge: Boil 30g garlic in boiling water for 1 minute, remove, then use the same water to cook 100g rice into thin porridge, add back the garlic and simmer briefly before eating.
④ Lotus leaf porridge: Use one fresh lotus leaf to make decoction as water, combine with 100g rice to cook porridge regularly.
⑤ Gegen powder porridge: Mix 30g Gegen powder with 100g rice to cook into porridge, eat for breakfast.

① Steamed sea cucumber: Soak 30g dried sea cucumber, add appropriate water, stew slowly until soft, then add ice sugar to dissolve before eating.
② Steamed fungus: Soak 10g white or black fungus, wash clean, add appropriate water, stew slowly until soft, then add ice sugar and consume nightly.
③ Vinegar-soaked peanuts: Select 250g peanuts with red skin, add sufficient rice vinegar, soak for 5–7 days, eat 3 times daily, 10–20 pieces per serving.
④ Tianma steamed egg: Simmer 9g Tianma for 1 hour, discard residue, add 2 eggs, and cook together until done, then consume.
