Tea Formula for Fitness and Longevity:
1. Equal amounts of tea leaves, peanuts, and ginger. Crush in a mortar, boil with water, and drink as tea.
2. Take 100 ml fresh milk. First, simmer black tea into concentrated juice, then mix with boiled milk and add a pinch of salt. Stir well, drink once daily on an empty stomach (Note: This formula nourishes the body and enhances vitality, a premium tonic).
3. 3 g oolong tea, 18 g Sophora japonica pods, 30 g Polygonum multiflorum, 18 g winter melon rind, 15 g hawthorn flesh. Boil all herbs, remove residue, then steep oolong tea and drink as tea (Note: This formula clears heat, resolves stasis, and promotes circulation. It enhances vascular elasticity, lowers cholesterol, and prevents arteriosclerosis).
4. 3 g green tea, 30 g cream. Pour boiling water, let tea settle, add cream, stir, then heat gently (without boiling). Drink (Note: This formula invigorates and nourishes. Elderly regularly drinking it enhances vitality).
Anti-Aging Tea Formulas:
1. 750 g each of glutinous rice, millet, soybeans, red adzuki beans, green beans. Roast until fragrant. Mix with 500 g fine tea, 375 g sesame seeds, 75 g Sichuan pepper, 150 g fennel, 30 g dried ginger, 30 g roasted salt. Grind into fine powder, mix thoroughly. Add wheat flour and roasted flour in equal parts, blend. Add walnuts, red dates, pine nuts, and sugar as desired. Store in a ceramic jar. Use 3 scoops per serving, pour boiling water, and drink as tea.

Tea Formula to Relieve Fatigue:

2. 0.5–1.5 g green tea, 25 g honey. Pour 300–500 ml boiling water, steep 5 minutes, then drink warm. Can also be decocted.

3. 0.5–1 g black tea, 15–25 g astragalus root. Reduce dosage for children. Boil astragalus in 400–500 ml water for 5 minutes after boiling, then add black tea. Divide into three portions, warm and drink daily.
4. 10–15 dried shrimp, 3 g tea. Boil with water, drink warm with shrimp (Note: This tea invigorates and nourishes, boosts nutrition, maintains normal bodily functions, and enhances immunity).
5. 3 g tea leaves, 10–20 jujubes, 20 g codonopsis. Wash codonopsis and jujubes, boil with tea leaves, drink as tea (Note: This tea tonifies spleen and stomach, strengthens qi, and generates body fluids).
6. 5 g tea leaves, 10 jujubes, 10 g sugar. First, boil jujubes until soft, then pour boiling water over tea, mix tea juice into jujube soup, add sugar and stir. Eat jujubes and drink tea (Note: This tea nourishes blood, calms spirit, strengthens spleen, and harmonizes stomach).
