Regular Consumption of Medicinal Porridge:
① Carrot Porridge: Finely chop 120g fresh carrots, combine with 100g glutinous rice, and cook into porridge for consumption.
② Celery Porridge: Chop 90g celery including roots, mix with 100g glutinous rice, and cook into porridge for regular consumption.
