With the arrival of winter, many people are prone to internal heat. The following dietary methods for clearing heat may be referenced.
Throat dryness and hoarseness: 1. Drink diluted salt water; 2. Drink tangerine peel sugar tea.
Throat swelling and pain: 1. Crush fresh tender loofah, extract juice, and rinse mouth frequently; 2. Rinse mouth with equal parts vinegar and water to relieve pain; 3. Gargle with one spoonful of soy sauce for about one minute, then spit out—repeat 3–4 times.
Mouth blisters: 1. Chew a few slices of ginger slowly to gradually eliminate blisters; 2. Chew 1–2 cloves of garlic or garlic leaves raw—the blisters will gradually disappear.
