Frost Ear Formula II
30 grams each of Angelica root and Phellodendron bark, plus 20 ml of hemp oil. Mix the herbs and oil together, heat in a copper vessel for about 10 minutes, then add an appropriate amount of beeswax. Once melted, remove from heat and let cool into a soft ointment. Before use, clean the ear with strong tea or licorice decoction, dry thoroughly, then apply the ointment once or twice daily.
This formula is suitable for frostbitten ears with ulceration.<Frost Ear>
