Dietary Therapy for Gastric Ptosis
Red ginseng 12 grams, Huangqi 30 grams, mother chicken 500 grams. Add appropriate water and a small amount of salt, place in a porcelain bowl, steam over water for 2 hours. Consume the broth and eat the chicken twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. Take one dose per week, continuing for 5–6 weeks for significant efficacy.
In this formula, ginseng and huangqi are sweet and warm, tonifying the middle energizer and boosting qi; chicken is sweet and warm, nourishing and harmonizing the spleen and stomach. Together, they synergistically strengthen the spleen, boost qi, and elevate the stomach.
