Simple Remedy for Diarrhea
Summer is a high-risk season for diarrhea; consuming contaminated or spoiled food can easily trigger symptoms, sometimes accompanied by fever and vomiting. I have a simple method for treating this condition, which I now share.
Method: Gather fresh purslane (100 grams) or purchase 30 grams from a pharmacy. Boil vigorously first, then simmer gently for 20 minutes. Strain and consume the decoction twice daily after meals, continue for three weeks.
Efficacy: Clears heat and detoxifies.
