Symptom Pattern: This type corresponds to acute eczema but with minimal exudation. Main features include erythematous patches, papules, scratch marks, and crusts, intense pruritus, often accompanied by dry mouth, red tongue, and fine rapid pulse.
Treatment Principle: Clear heat, cool blood, and assist with diuresis.
Formula: Fresh Rehmannia glutinosa 30g, Dan Pi 10g, Chi Shao 10g, Bai Mao Gen 30g, Huang Lian 6g, Shan Zhi Zi 10g, Di Fu Zi 10g, Qian Cao 15g, Ku Shen 10g, Hai Tong Pi 15g, Sheng Gan Cao 10g, Che Qian Cao 10g. Decoct daily, divide into two doses, take orally.
